In my previous jobs as a chef, I have always loved combining flavours, so after being introduced to a community of Chilli lovers, and getting to know some awesome producers & growers, I soon realised that there is so much more out there than just standard shelf bought sauce & supermarket peppers. The Nova 51 Chillies journey began, with a passion for the flavour & heat combinations (both in foods & in sauces), the vast choice of chilli peppers out there, and a desire to create sauces that not only bring heat but also enhance the flavours of your dishes. From mild to wild, we hope to produce a range that has a certain something for every palate.
